it's the dies natalis of the uni. and the 1st years have to attend the dies natalis ceremony, while 2nd years & up have class.

yeah. EX asked me if I want to be active in MC again, and I declined, so he ask me to drop by sometime. and you came back to MC and TL'd kumo, and I bet you had EX ask me to PR it Exclamation

and I accepted. I thought helping with PR sometime would be ok. but somehow I've got to TS UN-GO and hoken 18 now. how did that happen lol!
