Ah, I had the same problem too after I formatted my laptop and reinstall the MSN. Yeah, you need to download the newer version. But IMO, the new one sucks. I downloaded the older installer and it works fine. You are prompted to upgrade it, but it won't be like the new one

Nah, i cant download the new one - cant go to the download site.
